Terms of Service
1. Conclusion of the contract
By registering for an offer from SOCCER City e.V. (hereinafter referred to as organizer), the customer offers the organizer the conclusion of a contract. Registration can be made in writing, orally or by telephone. The contract is concluded with the written confirmation of participation, which is sent by mail or post.
2. Services
The scope of the contractual services results from the service description of the organizer on the brochures and the internet presentations on the page www.soccer-city.eu as well as from the information referring to this in the confirmation of participation.
3. Service and price changes
Changes or deviations of individual services from the agreed content of the contract, which become necessary after conclusion of the contract and which were not brought about by the organizer in good faith, are only permitted if the changes or deviations are not significant and do not affect the overall process. If the registration for a soccer camp / goalkeeper camp / VPC takes place up to 12 days before the start of the event, the organizer can no longer guarantee the equipment package for the camp.
4. Payment
With the conclusion of the contract and receipt of the confirmation of participation, the space is reserved and the invoice amount is due for payment. In the case of fully booked soccer camps / goalkeeper camps / VPC, the order of registration and receipt of payment determine the allocation of the seats.
5. Withdrawal
a) 3-, 4-, 5-, 6- day football camps / goalkeeper camps / VPC without overnight stay
If you withdraw from a 3, 4, 5 or 6 day football camp / goalkeeper camp / VPC that was advertised without an overnight stay, the equipment ordered will be sent to the participant and 30% of the paid participation fee will be reimbursed.
b) Football camps / goalkeeper camps
The customer can withdraw from the contract at any time. The withdrawal can only be declared in writing. If the customer withdraws from the contract or does not take advantage of the offer, the organizer can demand flat-rate cancellation costs as a reasonable replacement for the precautions taken and for his expenses in accordance with § 651i paragraph 2 BGB. These flat-rate cancellation costs are per registered participant at football camps / goalkeeper camps that are advertised with an overnight stay:
from registration up to the 35th day before the start of the event 25% of the order amount
up to the 22nd day before the start of the event 40% of the order amount
up to the 10th day before the start of the event 50% of the order amount
100% of the order amount from the 9th day before the start of the event.
6. Cancellation and termination by the organizer
In the following cases, the organizer can withdraw from the contract or terminate the contract after the start of the event:
a) Without observing a deadline
If the participant permanently disrupts the implementation of the event despite a warning from the organizer or if he behaves in a manner contrary to the contract to such an extent that the immediate cancellation of the contract is justified. If the organizer cancels, he retains the right to the travel price, however, he must allow the value of the saved expenses as well as those advantages which he obtains from a different use of the services not used, including those which have been brought to him by the service providers amounts.
b) Up to 2 weeks before a soccer camp / goalkeeper camp / VPC
If a soccer camp / goalkeeper camp / VPC is canceled by the organizer because the minimum number of 24 participants has not been reached, the customer is immediately offered a replacement event which may be within a reasonable distance of a maximum of 40km. If the organizer cannot offer the customer a replacement event, the customer will get back the entire participation fee. If the customer refuses to take part in the replacement event, he will receive the participation fee back, minus a processing fee of € 10 per registered person.
c) Other deadlines
The organizer is at liberty to set other withdrawal periods than those mentioned in individual cases. These are to be communicated to the customer in the advertisement or in the confirmation.
d) The organizer reserves the right to send the participant home at their own expense if the rules are not complied with (e.g. drug and alcohol consumption, vandalism, etc.).
7. Liability of the organizer
As part of the due diligence of a prudent businessman, the organizer is liable for:
1. Conscientious preparation
2. the correctness of the description
3. the proper provision of the contractually agreed services

9. Limitation of liability
9.1 The contractual liability of the organizer is limited to three times the participation price,
1. insofar as damage to the participant is not caused intentionally or through gross negligence
9.2 There is also no liability for burglary or theft.
10. Insurance
Each participant must have health and liability insurance, children and adolescents through their legal guardians. The conclusion of further insurance is at the discretion of the participant.
11. Medical care
If a participant becomes ill or injured during the event, the participant or his or her legal guardians authorize the organizer to take all necessary steps and actions for safe, appropriate treatment and / or transportation to their home. If the event organizer incurs costs due to emergency medical care for a participant, the participant or his or her legal guardians declare that they will be reimbursed immediately.
12. Photo and film rights
By registering, the participants and their legal representatives declare their consent to the participants taking pictures and film recordings and distributing and publicly displaying them by the organizer - including on the Internet - without any restrictions in terms of space, content or temporal range of use and in particular also repeatedly for purposes of own or third-party advertising and for merchandising purposes. This also includes approval for distribution and display on the SOCCER City YouTube channel.
13. Place of jurisdiction
The participant can only sue the organizer at his or her seat. For actions of the organizer against the participant, the place of residence of the participant is decisive, unless the lawsuit is against general merchants or persons who have no general place of jurisdiction in Germany or against persons who have signed the contract have moved their place of residence or usual place of residence abroad, or whose place of residence or usual place of residence is not known at the time the action is brought. In these cases, the location of the organizer is decisive.
